Shipping Policy

Deliveries are only made according to availability and in the order of arrival of orders.

The seller is authorized to make deliveries in whole or in part.

Baya will make its best efforts to ensure that the order is shipped within an average of 48 hours and a maximum of 3 working days (for personalized jewelry) as of the day following the validation by the Buyer of his order.

The overtaking of delivery time cannot give place to damages, to withholding nor to cancellation of the orders in progress.

However, if one (1) month after the indicative date of delivery the product was not delivered, for any other cause than a case of absolute necessity, the sale could, then, be cancelled at the request of one or the other of the parts.


The Buyer will be able to obtain restitution of its installment with the exclusion of any allowance or damage interests.


Are considered as a case of major force discharging the salesman of his obligation to deliver: the war, the riot, the fire, the strikes, the accidents, the impossibility for itself of being supplied.


The seller will inform the buyer in a timely manner of the cases and events listed above.

In any case, the delivery in the deadlines can intervene only if the purchaser is up to date of his obligations towards the salesman, whatever is the cause.

Return & Exchange Policy

Right of withdrawal

- You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the article to withdraw, without having to justify your reasons. If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, you can contact us.


Return of a defective article. 

- If, upon delivery, the item appears to be defective or not in accordance with your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail or in writing, describing in detail the item and its defects. We will then tell you what to do.


- Baya does not issue refunds. It is Baya's practice to create credit notes or to make an exchange. Please contact us and we will get back to you within 7 days.
